We will also provide you with many options for equipment replacement from basic system to satisfy any budget, to deluxe systems that provide maximum energy saving, comfort and longevity.

New Construction

Installation of a new air conditioning or heating system requires a high level of technical expertise and expert understanding of exactly how a particular system will best perform for your home. Installation may also require (to best meet your home comfort and air quality needs) a dehumidifier, air filtration systems or other important indoor accessories-best determined prior to the installation of your new air conditioning or heating system.

Once your new air conditioning or heating system is installed, we also review our work with you and answer your questions so you can enjoy hassle free, year-round comfort. We provide manuals, and offer tutorials to help you understand the logistics of your system.

Repair

Pearce Trawick’s team of technicians repairs all brands of cooling and heating equipment. We offer 24 hour emergency service and our fleet of service vehicles are equipped to service and area in Birmingham, so we are always nearby. We have over 30 years experience in repairing many brands of equipment.

Maintenance Agreements

A Maintenance Agreement with Pearce Trawick is a great way to guarantee your air conditioning is running in top condition all year round. Top condition means lower utility bills and fewer repairs. Prevention today is the key to long lasting equipment in years to follow.

As part of a Maintenance Agreement, you will receive numerous benefits to help save time and money. We place our Maintenance Agreement customers as our priority when it comes to service. You will automatically receive 15% off on all repairs, when purchasing a maintenance contract of 4 or more annual inspections per year.

Other benefits you will receive when you purchase a Maintenance Agreement include:

*If purchasing a Maintenance contract of 4 or more annual inspections per year, unclogging of drain lines is warranted all year long. All benefits may vary by your system’s age, type, usage, and utility cost. Filter must be purchased by customer.
